Born and raised here in Sin City, Codi Weaver heads our Human Resources Department at Vegas Stronger. Weaver attended the University of Kearny, Nebraska, for her freshman year of college before transferring and graduating from Nevada State College in Henderson, Nevada. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Psychology with a minor in Business Administration.

Of her career path, Weaver describes, “I first got in the Human Resources realm by starting out my career in benefits. I worked as a Benefits Specialist for Innovative Healthcare Delivery. From there, I got a job with the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino as their Human Resource Benefits Specialist. Hard Rock Hotel was acquired by the Virgin Hotel team and so was I, as part of their onboarding team.”

Our Human Resources Director’s skills evolve every day in our colorful environment, which is something that makes her thrive and grow even more in her role. Outside of work, Codi Weaver enjoys snowboarding in our local mountains at Lee Canyon resort, video gaming with her wife, comic book reading, and petting her Rescue Wiener Dog, Matilda and her pedigree Toy Poodle, Marley.
