Mentally Stronger, Emotionally Stronger, Physically Stronger and Spiritually Stronger!
Reno Stronger is a Nevada-based behavioral health and recovery organization dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction, mental illness, and homelessness.
We believe recovery begins with treatment — not punishment. By combining therapy, case management, fitness, art, and mindfulness, we help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their communities, and rediscover their purpose.
As part of the Reno Stronger network, Reno Stronger brings a proven model of compassionate, evidence-based care from Southern Nevada to Northern Nevada.
We’re not just treating symptoms — we’re restoring lives, families, and communities.
Reno Stronger provides an integrated path to recovery all under one roof.
At Reno Stronger, we know mental health is key to addiction recovery. Many facing substance use disorders also struggle with co-occurring mental health conditions.
At Reno Stronger, we understand homelessness and substance use disorders are connected. Many experiencing homelessness also face addiction and mental health challenges.
At Reno Stronger, we believe change happens when communities unite to tackle addiction, homelessness, and mental health. Our Community & Outreach programs educate and advocate.

MAT is a combination of medication and behavioral therapy. It is an effective, evidence-based treatment option for individuals with substance use disorders. MAT is the use of medication to relieve withdrawal symptoms and cravings that can occur when a person stops using a substance such as opioids or alcohol. Medications can help stabilize brain chemistry and normalize bodily functions. MAT is used in conjunction with behavioral health services to help improve overall health and quality of life.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program gives you the structure and support to keep moving forward in recovery while living at home and staying active in your community. IOP is built for people who need a high level of care but do not require residential or inpatient treatment. You receive comprehensive, evidence-based care for 9 hours a week, so you can transition toward independent living without stepping away from work, school, or family. The program includes individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducational sessions.
IOP Group Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon (3x per week).
Our standard Outpatient Program provides continued care, therapy, and recovery support while you maintain your work, school, and family responsibilities. OP is designed for people who have completed a higher level of treatment such as residential, PHP, or IOP and are ready to move into a more flexible but still structured level of support.
Available OP Groups: Tuesday 9:00 AM, Tuesday 4:00 PM, or Wednesday 5:30 PM.

Recovery is a challenging road that requires guidance and assistance from mentors and peers in the recovery community. AA/NA groups and other peer support services offer individuals a supportive community of people who are walking a similar path and who can help one another in a variety of ways.
