Nikki Griffis

Nikki Griffis brings 15 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment, more than eight years of personal recovery, and a background as a behavioral health technician, manager, admissions coordinator, and intensive outpatient program front desk staff member.

For the past year and a half, she has served as a Grant Specialist at Vegas Stronger, collecting data, conducting reassessment surveys, and tracking clients’ recovery progress. She also co-owns a local sober living home, providing structure, support, and community.

Drawing on her professional experience and personal recovery journey, Nikki is passionate about helping people find hope, strength, and purpose as they pursue lasting change.
