The acquisition elevates and increases access to behavioral healthcare treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.
Las Vegas, Nevada – Vegas Stronger, the nonprofit working to end homelessness in Nevada by treating substance use and mental illness, has merged with Neubauer Mental Health Services (NBMH), an outpatient mental health practice committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children, adolescents, and adults through compassionate and effective psychological, emotional, and/or behavioral healthcare.
“We are honored to join forces with Nicholas Neubauer and Neubauer Mental Health Services,” said Dave Marlon, CEO & founder of Vegas Stronger. “Their team of talented clinicians and trusted community offerings are right in line with the work that Vegas Stronger has been doing. Through this merger, we will be able to increase treatment access to a wider population of Las Vegans in need.”
Neubauer Mental Health Services is comprised of a collection of experienced clinicians with various fields of specialization across age populations, providing compassionate application of research supported treatment models and clinical experience in order to assist clients in achieving their identified objectives as they work towards further self-actualization.
Both Vegas Stronger and NMHS provide a client-centered and research-based approach to treatment, providing comprehensive case management in order to provide psychological care and substance use disorder treatment.
“I, along with my amazing colleagues team here at NMHS are incredibly excited for the potentials of our merger with Vegas Stronger,” said Nicholas Neubauer, LCSW, Clinical Director at NMHS. “We are excited to work side by side with the wonderful professionals at Vegas Stronger. We believe that together we can not only achieve our respective missions but create new and ambitious objectives. It is my greatest hope that our new found partnership will serve to increase access to mental/behavioral healthcare within our community but increase focus on services for vulnerable populations. With emphasis on our neighbors that continue to be underserved and in desperate need of consistent and quality care.”

About Vegas Stronger
Vegas Stronger is a unique Non-Profit Organization 503(c)(3) focused on reversing the devastation caused to our community by the opiate epidemic and addiction. Our out-of-the box approach helps anyone afflicted, regardless of their race, socio-economic status, or housing situation, in an outpatient facility. We offer more than just traditional groups and are a growing facility with a sober boxing gym, coffee shop, bookstore, bicycle mission, and our customized "13 Core Elements Method." We facilitate that restoration to wholeness for individuals, families, and society at large, by creating awareness and providing access to both state-of-the-art and historically reliable remedies. Our services cater to all suffering from the depths of addiction. In many instances, residential rehab is not a viable or financial option. Learn more at https://vegasstronger.org/
