We had an amazing turnout for our annual Fall Downtown Clean Up! Together, volunteers, clients and staff hit the streets and scoured the neighborhood, picking up bags and bags (and bags) of trash, connecting with neighbors and encouraging our unhoused neighbors along the way to come over to Vegas Stronger and find out about how we can help them with homelessness, addiction and mental health issues.
Special thanks to our teams from the Venetian, SilverSummit Healthcare and Freedom House Sober Living as well as our grill masters, John McAleer and Michael Abul and our lunch line servers, Debra Leavitt, Trisha Ayers and Shawnee Morris who made sure every hungry volunteer and all our clients enjoyed a lunch sponsored by our friends at Sysco!
