Vegas Stronger and Molina Healthcare are hosting a "May Day” event which will provide essential hygiene services to the homeless population in the Valley! The event will take place on Wednesday, May 1st from 11am to 1pm at 916 N. Main Street. 

Resources available to the community include mobile showers from Clean the World, haircuts from Certified Barbershop, hygiene packages, and new underwear to men and women. The event is meant to ensure that individuals have access to a basic yet often overlooked essential item. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn about mental health services, employment resources, housing assistance, Medicaid benefits, and other supportive resources offered by Vegas Stronger and other community partners. beverages will also be provided for the event thanks to Siegel Cares, Pink Box, and Sysco. 

The event is open to the public and those who are experiencing homelessness are particularly encouraged to attend. If anyone is in need of these services, they will not be turned away. For more information about the "May Day Event," please contact 702-202-6647 or [email protected].
