Brandon Lite finds true happiness and contentment when helping others, and that’s one of the reasons he works as a Case Manager here at Vegas Stronger. The 26-year-old explains, “I have been provided with many gifts in life at such a young age. One of those gifts is through my own personal recovery from the disease of addiction and homelessness.”

Lite has been working in the nonprofit sector for 4 years now, starting out at a smaller organization doing case management with children. He found his passion working with those experiencing homelessness during his time under the City of Las Vegas in homeless outreach.

Our Case Manager describes, “Through this work, I learn more about myself every day. In helping people help themselves, in a small form of self-centeredness, I get to experience my own growth. My primary goal is to help people. I am given the opportunity to practice case management at Vegas Stronger and in return, I get the best of both worlds.”

When not working, Brandon is a full-time Social Work student, and a Peer Recovery Support Specialist with youth in crisis. You can find the recovery advocate weightlifting, riding his street bike, or playing softball. Brandon Lite concludes, “I find a good symbiotic balance through these hobbies, work, school, and recovery, that bleed into each other.” I am grateful for Vegas Stronger for allowing me to truly ‘Live the dream.’”
