Monica was responsible for the safety and retention of a large inpatient population detox center, intakes, communicating and arranging providers visits through telehealth and also responsible for picking patients up from the airport with only a photograph or description at times. The MORE Team is made up of Vegas Stronger staff specifically hired to partner with the City of Las Vegas task force within the Law Enforcement Division. They go out in shifts to encampments and provide outreach support to those who are homeless seeking support for substance abuse, mental health, housing, and any other needed resources.
