Toni Seeland serves as a Therapist here at Vegas Stronger, and has always had a passion for helping others. Previously, Seeland worked in the medical field for twelve years in an Emergency Trauma Unit; as a First Responder; and interned during her undergraduate studies at a men’s maximum-security prison. She has also been an Admissions Counselor, Intake Coordinator, Utilization Review Specialist and a Mobile Assessor.
Seeland then turned her attention towards treating Substance Use Disorder and Co-Occurring Conditions. She went back to school, and earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work at Arizona State University. Following that path, Seeland has worked as a Therapist; Case Manager; Substance Abuse Counselor; and a Clinical Manager.
Currently, Seeland applies Vegas Stronger’s 13-Elements and assists men and women battling homelessness, addiction, and underlying co-occurring conditions. Her advice to clients is, “‘Stay Hongray,’ become the person you were always meant to be!” “Stay Hongray” is Toni Seeland’s mantra/slogan that many around town hear her repeat, so we all can stay healthy and happy as a community.
